Our project leverages Sentinel-2 satellite imagery to revolutionize vegetation monitoring through advanced geotagging and NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) analysis. By utilizing high-resolution satellite data and vegetation indices, we aim to deliver accurate assessments of vegetation health and density across Singapore.
Through geotagging, we connect satellite observations with ground truth, enabling precise insights for sustainable land management, environmental change monitoring, and conservation planning. Our work empowers communities and decision-makers with actionable data to nurture Singapore’s green spaces, support reforestation efforts, and promote long-term ecological sustainability.
